INTROSIA

Editorial Policy

Why this policy exists

Self-reflection content can feel personal even when it is not clinical. A memorable label can also sound more certain than the answers support. This policy defines how Introsia writes, reviews, updates, and corrects public test content so that usefulness does not depend on hidden claims.

Product claims must match product behavior

Public copy may describe only the questions, dimensions, free fields, paid content, privacy behavior, and scoring rules actually implemented for the named version. We do not call a proposed feature live, imply that private writing is analyzed, or advertise report content the product does not deliver.

Preference is not ability. A pattern is not destiny. An editorial match is not scientific validation. A result cannot be made more accurate by stronger marketing language. Free previews and paid reports must state what they include without turning payment into urgency, certainty, or fear.

Sensitive-topic boundaries

Relationship tests do not diagnose attachment, infer a partner’s motives, certify loyalty, predict cheating, assess danger, or decide whether someone should stay or leave. Family tests do not diagnose trauma, abuse, personality, attachment, relatives, or causation and do not prescribe confrontation, forgiveness, reconciliation, contact, or no contact.

Stuck or Running on Empty is not a mental-health screening. It does not diagnose depression, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, fatigue, addiction, or a cause. Its safety information is visible without payment and is not triggered by an automated judgment. The cancelled anxiety/depression assessment is not a product and must not be revived through SEO wording or adjacent content.

Career and growth content does not promise ability, qualification, admission, employment, salary, promotion, completion, or success. City content does not replace current relocation, visa, safety, legal, housing, tax, employment, climate-risk, or financial research. Cultural content must allow variation, mixed background, and non-applicability and must not rank identity or authenticity.

Entertainment is labeled as entertainment

Historical Figure Match and Inner Age use editorial and symbolic comparisons. They are presented as entertainment and self-reflection, not reincarnation, mental-age measurement, moral equivalence, developmental assessment, or scientific personality matching. Historical facts may be sourced; the match itself remains an Introsia editorial construction.

Sources and attribution

External facts should use sources appropriate to the claim. Current official information is preferred for laws, safety, public health, immigration, credentials, occupational data, and other changing high-stakes topics. Primary documents, recognized public institutions, original research, and clearly identified expert organizations are preferred over anonymous summaries.

A source link supports only the statement it actually addresses. We distinguish a sourced fact from a product inference and avoid “research proves” language when the evidence does not validate the Introsia test. We do not invent citations, experts, institutions, testimonials, users, accuracy rates, or outcome statistics.

Originality and useful depth

Search pages must answer a real question in standalone language. We do not publish doorway pages that only swap keywords, mass-produce near-duplicate advice, or hide the answer behind a test CTA. Guides should give the direct answer first, show uncertainty and alternatives, cite changing or consequential facts, and offer a test only where it is a relevant next reflection.

Paid reports must add specific context, tradeoffs, comparisons, counterevidence, or exercises. They may not reach a word target through hidden fields, repeated paragraphs, or empty expansion. Public SEO pages do not reproduce the paid report.

Privacy and examples

Examples must be illustrative or clearly sourced. We do not present fictional dialogue as a real user record, create fake testimonials, or imply that an anonymous case came from customer data. Public content must not expose answers, scores, result labels tied to a person, private writing, emails, payment identifiers, or sensitive relationship and family details.

Review, versions, and corrections

Product content receives automated and human review before implementation and again after material implementation changes. Question and report versions identify changes that affect scoring, result meaning, or purchase access. A product may be updated for clarity, factual correction, safety, privacy, or compatibility without claiming the old version was clinically revalidated.

To request a correction, email support@introsia.com with the page URL, quoted sentence, supporting source if available, and the requested correction. We assess whether the issue is factual, interpretive, outdated, inconsistent with product behavior, or a matter of disagreement. Material corrections should update the page and its review record; we do not promise that every disagreement will produce a change.

Introsia is operated by Hangzhou Jinye Technology Co., Ltd. Commercial interest in selling a report does not override these claim boundaries. Read How Introsia tests work, About Introsia, and the Privacy Policy for related details.
